Customer Portal

Download installers, manage billing, view releases, and raise support tickets.

Signing in

  • Use the email address used during signup.
  • If your organisation already has an account, sign in instead of creating another trial.
  • Use Forgot password from the sign-in page if you need a reset link.
  • Password reset links expire, so request a new one if the old link no longer works.

Downloads

  • Licence mobileconfig: deploy this through Jamf or MDM so Macs can enrol into your organisation.
  • Client for workstations: install this on managed Macs that should apply Dock policy.
  • Admin Client: install this on the admin Mac used to build, test, and export Dock profiles.
  • Previous versions remain available when a package has been superseded.

Release notes

The dashboard shows the latest version notes and bug fix information for the Client and Admin Client. New packages do not auto-install; you choose when to download and deploy them.

Support tickets

Use the support area in the customer portal to raise a ticket, add screenshots or log files, reply to support messages, view previous tickets, and close tickets when resolved.
