What it contains
The licence mobileconfig contains your organisation enrolment settings. It is generated for your customer account and should be deployed through Jamf or MDM to the Macs that should run DockPilot Enterprise.
What it does not contain
- It does not contain admin passwords.
- It does not contain payment information.
- It does not expose device tokens in the customer portal.
- It does not send raw Mac serial numbers to DockPilot.
When to replace it
- Replace it if support advises you to rotate enrolment details.
- Replace it if you move from trial to a different organisation account.
- Replace it if a profile was deployed to the wrong group of Macs.
- Remove it from Macs that should no longer be managed by DockPilot.
If the profile is missing
DockPilot Enterprise will show that it is not configured or that managed updates are paused. Install the licence profile again from your customer dashboard, then refresh DockPilot or wait for the background client to pick it up.
