Recommended SimpleMDM flow
- Upload DockPilot Client as a custom package.
- Upload the licence mobileconfig from the customer dashboard.
- Export your Dock policy from the Admin Client as a mobileconfig.
- Assign the package and profiles to a test device group first.
- Move to wider groups once the DockPilot status view shows licensed and configured.

Recommended order:
1. Licence profile
2. DockPilot Client package
3. Dock policy profile
4. Approved apps through SimpleMDM or Self Service-style app delivery
Testing
- Install one app included in the Dock policy and confirm it appears.
- Remove one app included in the Dock policy and confirm DockPilot removes only the managed Dock item.
- Check the customer portal device list to confirm the Mac has checked in.
- Export a support file from DockPilot before raising a ticket.
