Recommended Kandji flow
- Create a Library Item for the DockPilot Client package.
- Add the DockPilot licence mobileconfig as a custom profile.
- Export the Dock policy from the Admin Client and add it as a custom profile.
- Assign the Client and profiles to a test Blueprint first.
- Use Kandji app deployment or Self Service apps for the software DockPilot should detect.

What to check
- DockPilot status should show the correct organisation name.
- Licence should show active, trial, licensed, or grace before managed updates run.
- The active Dock policy should match the Blueprint or profile you assigned.
- If nothing changes, confirm the app is actually installed and part of the Dock policy.
